Zen Head offers a diverse range of Meditation classes to suit all  experience levels from beginners to advance. meditators. We believe Mediation is for everybody, that it why we have created various Meditation classes to suit all skill levels and differences in needs.

    Great for beginners and those who want to integrate mindfulness in everyday life.

  • Advanced Spiritual Meditation

    Not recommended for beginners. Great for those who are open to spirituality.

  • Relaxation Meditation (Yoga Nidra)

    Great for beginners and for those who are experiencing high tension, stress and anxiety.

  • Journey Meditation (coming soon)

    Great for beginners and for those who enjoy visulisation & using their creative mind.

  • Sound Meditation

    Great for those who enjoy a non-guided meditation and healing sounds.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Great for beginners. A gentle restorative practice for those who are experiencing tension, stress and anxiety.

  • Yoga- Hatha Flow

    Great for beginners and for those who wish to release tension by moving their bodies.
