Single Casual Visit
Single Casual visits are available for a single casual pass.
Introductory visits are only available for first time students to Zen Head Meditation studio.
5 Class Packs
All 5 class packs have a 60 day expiry date. The activation date is the date of purchase of 5 class pass and the class pack will expire 60 days from the date of purchase.
10 Class Packs
All 10 class packs have a 90 day expiry date. The activation date is the date of purchase of 10 class pass and the class pack will expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
20 Class Packs
All 20 class packs have a 90 day expiry date. The activation date is the date of purchase of 20 class pass and the class pack will expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
Class pack passes can be redeemed for classes only. They are not redeemable for cash. Class pack passes are only valid only for scheduled one hour classes, and cannot be used for attendance at workshops, courses, or events.
Class pack passes are valid for the period indicated regardless of Public Holidays or any other scheduled studio closure in that period. Class pack passes become invalid after expiry.
Zen Head Meditation studio does not offer refunds, suspensions, or extensions on class packs for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final. All class pack passes are non-refundable.
Zen Head Meditation studio may transfer a class pass pack to 1 nominated person only within the valid time frame of when the class pass pack was purchased. Original expiry date remains and no extensions will be given.
Any non-cancellations, no-shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 4 hours of the class start time, you will be charged for the class or a deduction will be made on class pack passes.
Zen Head reserves the right to terminate any person’s class, class pass or membership at any time as a result of behaviour that we deem inappropriate, including but not limited to repeated no-shows or failed/overdue payments, harassment of staff or other students, damage or theft of studio property, and discriminatory or derogatory behaviour.
Zen Head Meditation studio is not responsible if a class pass holders cannot use Zen Head’s services or facilities because of an event caused by a natural force such as COVID-19 restrictions, extreme weather, or something similar beyond our reasonable control.
Refunds will not be given on class passes. All purchases are final.
Refunds will not be given if the member is unable to use their class pass after the date of expiry.
Refunds will not be given on class passes, but can be transferred to another member before the expiration date and not after.
Refunds or extensions will not be given for unused classed classes.
Refunds or extensions will not be given expired passes.
A $20 administrative fee will be charged for the rare occasion a refund is given.
Studio Terms and Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Zen Head 1/247 Milne Rd, Modbury North, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Zen Head zenhead.com.au.
While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Zen Head Meditation studio is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason.
The door will be locked at the class starting time to protect everyone’s belongings. If you arrive after the door has been locked this will be considered a no-show and the class will not be refunded or credited back to you. If you are only running a few minutes late give us a call on 0422 516 397 and we will do our best to accommodate you, but we will only be able to do so in a way that keeps everyone’s belongings safe and does not disrupt the class for everyone else.
Teachers are subject to change without notice.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class as late entry is discouraged and cannot be guaranteed. For security reasons, the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class.
Leaving class early without a medical reason is strongly discouraged. Please check in at reception before each class. Zen Head is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. Zen Head has the right to refuse entry at any time.
A minimum of 2 students per class is required for the class commence. Classes are subject to change and/or cancellation on short notice due to low attendance.
Bookings are to be booked via our online booking system to secure your place prior to the start time of the class and class payment must be made upon booking.
‘You/your’ is referred to as you the student attending any class, course or workshop at Zen Head Meditation studio.
The safety of your personal property while at our studio is your responsibility.
You must ensure your personal information is up-to-date on our records. Including any injuries, medical conditions, allergies etc., that may have a bearing on your class practice.
You are responsible for using our facilities and equipment properly and for returning any borrowed equipment after class.
You should seek expert medical advice prior to starting your class practice , and also if, at any time, you have doubts about your ability to practice the class safely please consult your medical professional prior to your attendance. The teacher, although well trained, is not a medical professional.
Do not attend the studio if you are unwell. Please consider the health of the teacher and other students who would be in the studio with you.
Zen Head Meditation is responsible for providing you with the services you have purchased in a safe and professional manner.
You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such a practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all mindfulness meditation and yoga exercises.
Classes at Zen Head Meditation studio may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
You will follow all instructions given to you by Zen Head Meditation studio teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
Zen Head is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our studio.
Zen Head reserves the right to refuse access or entry to any person to its premises or to participate in any of its classes for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, misconduct or intoxication or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these ‘Terms and Conditions’.
By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions and have read and signed a waiver upon your first visit to acknowledge these terms and conditions.
Booking changes and cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. Nobody likes additional charges, but everyday classes get fully booked, and sometimes students miss out.
Class cancellations can be made via the Zen Head online booking system here.
Zen Head does not offer refunds, suspensions, or extensions on first time introductory pass, casual visit pass, 5, 10, and 20 Class Pack class packs for forget/failure to attend, no show, cancellation, change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Class cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the class start time without incurring a deduction from your class purchase, class pass pack or without incurring a fee.
Students using a first time introductory pass, casual visit pass, 5, 10, and 20 Class Pack who pre-book into a class but fail to attend or cancel the booking within 4 hours of the class start time, will forfeit their class and any payments that have been made.
Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email, or social media.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices may occasionally increase to reflect increases in studio costs. Class pack passes already purchased, will be honoured at the purchase price.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
All purchases are final. Zen Head does not offer refunds, suspensions, or extensions on services, workshops, or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.
Zen Head does not offer refunds, suspensions, extensions or credits on workshops for forget/failure to attend, no show, cancellation, change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Workshop cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the workshop start time without incurring a fee or forfeiting payments made. Any no-show or absence will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked workshop you will forfeit payments made.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop ticket to another person’s name by calling Tamra from Zen Head 0422 516 397 at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop.
Payment needs to be made upon booking.
Please arrive at least 10 mins before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late entry to workshops will not be permitted.
