 Zen Head offers a diverse range of classes to suit all experience levels, from beginners to advance. We believe Meditation and Yoga is for everybody, that it why we have created various Meditation classes to suit all skill levels and differences in needs. Below is a deeper description of what each class involves. 

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is great for beginners as it allows you to focus on various mindfulness exercises to help quieten a busy mind. Each week you will learn a new mindfulness technique or breath work exercise to help promote relaxation, calmness, release body tension, and minimise feelings of anxiety.​

Relaxation Meditation (Yoga Nidra)

Relaxation Meditation also known as ‘Yoga Nidra’ is a traditional Yogic Meditation (Yogic Sleep), which allows you to relax your body, nervous system, and mind. This Meditation is ideal for those experiencing high stress, tension, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia.

 

Spiritual Meditation

Spiritual Meditation is about tuning into your psychic senses, expanding your spiritual development, and working with universal energy. Recommended for those who are open to spirituality and enjoy oracle card readings.​

Journey Meditation

Journey Meditation directs your attention away from your busy mind and any unwanted thoughts by bringing your awareness to visualisations. Using your creative mind and spiritual insights as a tool to travel upon a journey to your inner world.

Mindful Reflection

Mindful Reflection allows you to enter a deep meditation to mindfully and purposefully reflect upon various topics for self discovery, development and self reflection. Ths is an advance meditation where you are encouraged to establish a seated practice and each week you will experience a new topic to reflect upon.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a gentle yoga sequence that allows your body to relax into restorative positions for rest and relaxation. Each position supports your body and allows you to fully let go of the weight on your shoulders. Restorative incorporates mindfulness by breathing into each position to create space for the body to soften. 

Yoga ~ Hatha Flow

The practice of Yoga Hatha Flow allows you to mindfully move your body while gently increasing your strength and flexibility. Practicing Yoga Hatha Flow is a great stress reduction technique which aligns and calms the body, as well as the mind, and spirit.

Personal Empowerment Meditation

Personal Empowerment Meditation teaches you mindfulness techniques combined with positive psychology strategies to empower you through your week and help you live your best life.

Sound Meditation

Drift off in calmness and allow yourself to soften as you experience high vibrational healing sound instruments, such as Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls. Incorporating intuitive light language singing to bring your body and mind into a deeper state of bliss.
