Tamra has transformed a beautiful Bell Tent into a sacred meditation space, creating the perfect atmosphere to learn group meditation. My bell tent ‘The Pinnacle of Zen’ has a maximum capacity for 10 like minded souls, a perfect way to learn meditation in a small comforting group environment.

Group meditation allows you to experience a safe nurturing learning environment while connecting you with other like minded people. In this shared space you will take part in the uplifting energy and vibe that group sessions hold. You will also have an opportunity to have your say and share your experience at the end of each session with no judgement or criticism

We believe Meditation is for everybody. Below is a deeper description of what each class involves.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is great for beginners as it allows you to focus on various mindfulness exercises to help quieten a busy mind. Each week you will learn a new mindfulness technique or breath work exercise to help promote relaxation, calmness, release body tension, and minimise feelings of anxiety.​

Spiritual Meditation

Spiritual Meditation is about tuning into your psychic senses, expanding your spiritual development, and working with universal energy. Recommended for those who are open to spirituality and enjoy oracle card readings.​

Relaxation Meditation (Yoga Nidra)

Yoga Nidra is a traditional Yogic Meditation (Yogic Sleep), which allows you to relax your body, nervous system, and mind. This Meditation is ideal for those experiencing high stress, tension, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia.​

Sound Meditation

Sound Meditation uses the high vibrational sounds from Crystal and Tibetan Singing bowls to bring your body and mind into a state of calm and bliss. Drift off in calmness and allow yourself to soften with healing frequencies. ​

About Tamra

Tamra created Zen head to help bring peace, stillness, and relaxation into the lives of others through Meditation practices.

Her belief is that looking after your mind is just as important as looking after your body.

Tamra has practiced mindfulness meditation for over 12 years. Meditation has given her the opportunity to explore and study different Holistic modalities to help guide and educate others to reach purpose and meaning within their life.

 With her time exploring different forms of meditation she has studied Reiki and Seichim Master Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, and a Holistic approach to one-on-one counselling.

Tamra is an advocate for helping others heal themselves while creating more passion, purpose, and meaning within their lives.
